Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and innovative AI Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking individual who can blend creative strategy with technical skill, leveraging the latest AI tools to produce specialized static images and dynamic video content for social media advertising.

The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart, with a deep understanding of social media trends and consumer behavior. You'll be responsible for using AI platforms to generate ad concepts, develop visual assets, and create compelling video content that drives engagement and conversions. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new era of content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Generation: Utilize various AI tools to generate high-quality static images and short-form video content for paid social media campaigns.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and ad teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective AI-generated creative concepts.
  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI generative tools and techniques, continuously exploring new ways to enhance our ad creative.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of AI-generated assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Work with data analysts to understand the performance of AI-generated ads, using insights to refine future creative strategies and improve results.
  • Innovation: Experiment with new prompts, styles, and workflows to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI-generated content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a creative role (e.g., graphic designer, video editor, content creator).
  • Demonstrable experience with at least one major AI image or video generation tool.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work, with a preference for examples that include AI-generated content.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook) and the specific requirements for ad creatives on each.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.
