We're growing and looking for a
Sales Support Specialist
who's organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed. In this role, you'll provide essential support to our sales and account management team through CRM maintenance, scheduling, reporting, and behind-the-scenes coordination. This is not a client-facing position, but it's a vital one helping ensure our teams have everything they need to deliver the reliability and excellence our clients count on.

What You'll Do

  • CRM & Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on leads, clients, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Track deal stages, follow-ups, and next steps to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.
  • Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations.
  • Scheduling & Coordination
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and internal touchpoints for the sales and account management teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding handoffs between sales, and account management.
  • Support team logistics for marketing initiatives and trade show preparation when needed.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Track trends and flag opportunities or gaps in the sales process.
  • Provide data-driven insights to help the team make informed decisions.
  • Process Support
  • Keep sales materials organized, updated, and easy for the team to access.
  • Ensure clean, consistent workflows that support both sales and account management functions.
  • Uphold professionalism and accuracy in every detail, helping the team deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, administrative, or customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience in healthcare or a HIPAA-compliant environment is a plus.
