Job Description

  • Executes daily treasury transactions, including wire transfers, internal fund movements, and FX trades (if applicable).

  • Handles the audit and recording of cash collections

  • Reconciles bank accounts and investigate cash discrepancies in coordination with accounting

  • Monitors and manages daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and entities
  • Prepares and analyzes short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts
  • Assists in maintaining relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Support debt and investment management activities, including tracking loan covenants, interest payments, and bank fees
  • Contribute to treasury projects such as automation, bank rationalization, or policy improvements
  • Maintain treasury systems and ensure accuracy of banking data and user access controls.
  • Support treasury-related month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Assist in preparing treasury reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors

Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy / BS Finance or any four-year business / finance course
  • At least 1 year work experience in the Treasury / Accounting industry.
  • With experience using SAP ECC and SAP S/4 Hana
