About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Assistant to support our day-to-day treasury and payment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with numerical data, banking platforms, and Excel. This role is perfect for someone with a background or interest in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration who wants to build a solid foundation in corporate treasury operations. Key Responsibilities Enter and process manual payments in banking platforms in line with internal controls and approval workflows. Support daily Treasury operations , including monitoring shared inboxes and responding to internal queries. Handle agent commission and refund payment requests , preparing and sharing remittance slips as needed. Maintain and update daily bank balance reports , ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Assist in cash flow reporting , including data collection, reconciliations, and preparation of weekly/monthly files. Provide administrative support to the Treasury team as required. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration , or a related field (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or similar administrative/operations roles (internship experience may be considered an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, SUM, filters; VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a plus). Comfortable working with banking systems and financial data . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured approval processes. Excellent organizational and time management skills ; able to manage repetitive tasks and meet deadlines. Clear and professional communication skills when dealing with internal teams. Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
