About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Pharmacist to join Zuellig Pharma Corporation as a Bidding Analyst. In this full-time, office-based role located in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, you will play a key part in supporting the company's strategic initiatives and growth in the pharmacy industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for submission of Quotation to various Government Hospitals from request of prices and documents of clients to submission to the account. Step-by-step processes in handling request for quotation for Government Hospitals, Government Entities and selected Industrial accounts. On a daily basis (and several times within the day), downloads RFQs from PhilGEPS.

  2. Pharmacist / Bidding Analyst on Government Channel Solutions

Help achieve government sales targets through efficient tender management, strengthened engagement with customers and clients, and implementation of alternative business model(Consignment) through Bid Qualification.

  1. Pharmacist / Bidding Analyst on Account's technical specification

Ensure dosage requirements and administration, packaging, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands are being offered to the Government Hospitals, Government Entities and selected Industrial accounts.

  1. Pharmacist / Bidding Analyst on Documentation

Examines the completeness and validity of prices and documents submitted by Clients Following the client submission deadline, receives all prices and documents from clients during submission to the Account / Government Hospitals.

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience
