The team you will be part of

The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia's eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.

The part you will play

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Strategy Manager to lead integrated campaigns that blend brand storytelling with measurable ecommerce impact. You'll turn insights into creative strategies that drive both engagement and conversion — working closely with performance, livestream, and creative teams.

As a Brand Marketing Strategy Manager, you will take charge of

  • Lead brand and full-funnel campaign strategies across digital and social commerce platforms (especially TikTok).
  • Translate business goals into impactful creative concepts and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with Studio, Livestream, and Affiliate teams to bring premium creative quality to life.
  • Use data and insights to connect creative storytelling with measurable results (GMV, ROAS, CVR).
  • Localize global strategies for Southeast Asia audiences.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve campaign impact.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
  • Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in ecommerce or agency environments is a plus.
