Job Summary:
The Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining brand strategies that strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and drive customer engagement. This role ensures brand consistency across all marketing channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and positioning
- Manage brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product, sales, creative, and external agencies to support brand initiatives
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and analytics; prepare performance reports
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing spend
- Oversee product launches and promotional activities
- Ensure consistent customer experience and brand voice across touchpoints
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing or brand management preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media management and email marketing platforms)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a strong passion for marketing and branding
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
