JOB TITLE: FRANCHISE SUPERVISOR

Job description:

Job Summary

The Franchise Supervisor helps grow the company's franchise business by sourcing, evaluating, and supporting potential franchise partners. The role manages the end-to-end franchise process, from handling inquiries and site assessments to coordinating with internal teams and assisting franchisees with store openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate potential franchisees.
  • Handle franchise inquiries and guide applicants through the process.
  • Review site opportunities and coordinate with lessors/malls.
  • Work with internal teams on contracts, approvals, and store setup.
  • Support franchisees with permits, equipment, and store opening needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
  • Track and report franchise applications and project updates.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, Management, or related course.
  • Experience in franchise development, sales, or retail expansion.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Results-driven and passionate about business growth.
