As a Retail Sales Officer in our jewellery showroom, you will play a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. You will assist customers in selecting jewellery, manage transactions, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience in a luxurious environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and offer comprehensive product information.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and needs.
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales and luxury products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php38,000.00 per month
