Overview:

The Finance Manager will lead a local FMCG's  financial operations. This role will be responsible for financial modeling, business partnering, P&L management, budgeting, and ensuring strong financial performance across the branch operations division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Manage P&L statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead the budgeting process and monitor budget performance.
  • Provide clear and concise financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance management.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in and MS Excel.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
