Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – PHP 50,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Admin professional to support project operations and financial management. This role will be responsible for monitoring budgets, preparing financial reports, supporting risk and issue management, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track actual costs vs. forecasts, and manage financial reporting. Handle monthly invoicing, forecasting, and accounting adjustments.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify and monitor risks/issues, escalate appropriately, and work with stakeholders for resolution.

Resource Management: Track resource allocations and availability.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare monthly status/financial reports, metrics logs, and provide updates to management/stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of Operations Finance experience or in a similar project support role.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
