Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree in any course
- 1-3 years' experience in general administrative; preferably gained in a field-based sales and services organization
- Possesses good oral and written communication skills
- Has knowledge in using MS Office Applications
- Database management
- Calendar management
- Inventory and supply management
Job Description:
Assist in tracking Fast Moving Parts Sales
- Communicate with customers (phone/email) to follow up on Purchase Orders
- Reconcile received Purchase Orders against list of Quotations, Advance Orders, Blocked Orders, etc.
Administrative & Clerical Support
- Build key account profiles
- Assist in contracts preparation
- Send out welcome packs to signed customers
Mine Installed Products list for EOL products to push a new commercial opportunity
- Mine installed products list contracts ending in 3-6 months to push as new CS opportunities
Contract Administration Support
- Help with chasing and loading contracts thru the tool, and update status thru reports
Expenses Submission
- Validate team expenses and other Amex related billings
- Submit necessary reports pertaining to expenses
Provide support in the implementation of new customer survey tools;
Provide support to the Account Manager not limited to:
- Updating opportunities in SFDC
- Consolidating documents required in tender/bidding
Contracts Admin Support
- Archiving of contracts, PO, NTP, NOA
- Routing of printed contracts/document for signature
- Editing the contract template for customer submission
Install base admin support
- Raising install product change request
Others administrative job support that may be required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
