
Compliance and Admin Assistant

We are seeking a motivated Compliance and Admin Assistant who is eager to learn. Responsibilities include:
Processing Payroll
Processing monthly statutory payments, such as SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth.
Assisting in preparing and submitting DOLE reports and compliance requirements.
Prepare check payments to suppliers.
Processing FDA Payments and other required payments.
Providing assistance in maintaining financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.
Assist in assuring timely renewal of all business licenses, permits, accreditations, MOA's, supply and service agreements.
Coordinate with the service provider for the service maintenance and/or repairs of office fixtures and equipment, such as aircon, lights, printer, laptop/computer, microwave, refrigerator, curtain blinds etc.
Answering calls and greet callers/visitors entering the office premises, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate persons when necessary.
Receiving, distributing and sending packages, letters and mail.
Filing and scanning of documents.
Performing general administrative and clerical support.
Other duties as may arise from time to time and may be assigned.
This job description can be changed/adjusted as required by the management.
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Office Administration.
- At least two years of experience performing administrative and/or accounting-related tasks.
- Safety Officer 1 Certificate is a plus
Skills:
· Proficient in oral and written English with effective communication skills
· Competent in using Word and Excel
· Precise and thorough in submitting and storing documents
· Knowledgeable in DOLE compliances.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
