Job Summary:

In charge in the implementation of operational plans and policies to ensure efficient execution of operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Plans and implements the cost efficient, safe and highly productive operations; determines the tools required and the precautionary measures to protect and safeguard the materials' installation/construction and workers

  2. Prepares budget for Day to Day Operations

  3. Purchases materials within the area of assignment if needed

  4. Monitors project status by conducting regular weekly meeting with PICs for efficient, productive and safety aspects of the day to day operations.

  5. Provides accurate, timely and comprehensive recording, documentation and follow through of all damage incidents and facilitate the resolutions of the incidents in close coordination with the clients and other parties involved.

  6. Executes operations plans to ensure the efficient flow of installation/construction, equipment requirement, manpower requirement and precautionary measures to protect life and safety.

  7. Prior to operations, analyzes the following:

a. Manpower Deployment requirement

b. Tools and Consumables requirement

  1. Initiates the conduct of toolbox meeting prior to operations.

  2. Works regularly with Operation Head and Technical Services Head to define construction work package breakdown structure, requirements of work package content, and priority of package development.

  3. Conducts routine and thorough work inspection during operations.

  4. Ensures that all installation/construction plans are based on the Project Model and Gantt Chart.

  5. Prepares and submits to Operations Head and Safety Office the accident/incident report within 24 hours from occurrence.

  6. Ensures that equipment and gears are properly accounted before returning to Material Controller

  7. Coordinates with Client Representative on Site

  8. Develop new businesses and nurture client relationship for repeat businesses.

  9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge and skills on various areas of construction
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
  • Computer Literate
  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written form
  • Good People-Handling Skill

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer
  • With at least two years experience in constructions.

Business Understanding

  • Working knowledge in constructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
