The Project In-Charge is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction site operations. This includes supervising manpower, ensuring adherence to project plans and quality standards, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and monitoring project timelines. The role requires both technical knowledge and strong leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site activities to ensure projects are executed according to plans and standards.
  • Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily work assignments.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and material usage.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Prepare progress reports and update management regularly.
  • Support in resolving site issues and implementing corrective measures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Preferably with 2–3 years of construction/site supervision experience.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, standards, and safety practices.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites outside Cebu when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php31,000.00 per month
