Job Title: Project Engineer

Project Location: Sangi, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu

Project Type: 7-Storey Building

Job Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of a 7-storey building project. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to ensure that all works are executed in compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil works on site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budget.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Manage and monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly progress reports, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Assist in cost control, material requisition, and resource allocation.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates to project management.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience as a Civil/Project Engineer handling mid- to high-rise building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficient in project scheduling and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Employment Details

  • Project Based Contract
  • 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday–Saturday)
  • Loc: Sangi, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu
  • Total Compensation: To be discussed during interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
