About the role

As the Plant HR Business Partner at MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED, you will play a crucial role in aligning the company's human resources strategies with the operational objectives of the plant located in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. This full-time position will see you working closely with the plant management team to enhance employee engagement, drive organizational development, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with plant leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational structure
  • Implementing robust talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborating with the central HR team to drive consistent HR practices across the organization
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to plant managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of HR programes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
