Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As an assistant operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of multiple restaurant locations. You must ensure that sales and profitability targets are met while maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and store operations. The AOM supports the Operations Manager by consolidating sales forecasts, implementing business strategies, managing manpower, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. Additionally, this role plays a key part in coaching and developing restaurant managers to drive overall store performance.

Skills and qualifications:

  • With a minimum of at least 5 years working background as Area Manager from a quick service or casual dining restaurants, and at least 1-3 years in a leadership role

  • A bachelor's degree holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Hospitality, or any course relevant to the field

  • With strong knowledge of operational and financial planning, and sales forecasting

  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • With excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

  • Willingness to travel to multiple locations, as needed
