Job Description:

The Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure store appearance and maintenance meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
