Job Title: Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor

This is a key role within the retail industry, responsible for leading store operations and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
  • Monitor and control costs, managing resources effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve store operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in retail management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail software systems.
