Job Title: Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel’s housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring a high level of service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction in all areas of the hotel.
  • Monitor and control expenses, maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences and respond to customer feedback.
  • Train and develop the housekeeping team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform routine inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and procedures.
