Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your primary focus will be on providing strategic guidance to clients, helping them maximize the potential of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will excel at translating complex marketing requirements into scalable and effective solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, particularly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis, including review of existing processes and systems, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Provide input to project estimates specific to declarative system design.
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
  • System configuration and customization in line with solution design and best practices.
  • Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
  • Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required, including Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Ideal candidate has a background in Salesforce administration, technical business analysis, or traditional salesforce functional consulting.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including Google Adwords and Meta.
  • Data Cloud knowledge is desirable.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
