Key Account Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and business sales leads, addressing their needs and requirements to foster long-term partnerships
- Conduct technical on-site visits to better understand building requirements and how these would affect the final proposed solar system
- Follow the internally-defined sales processes and standards to ensure excellent customer journey
- Acquire, negotiate and close contracts with business clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders to drive sales and promote the company's brand
- Build and maintain highest level of customer satisfaction through effective, prompt and concise communication (verbal and written)
- Develop a strong understanding of the company"s industry, target customers and technical product specifications
- Create customized solar proposals and present the company professionally to potential clients
- Work on CRM database and make sure that data is accurate at all times
- Provide after-sales support to retain customer satisfaction and acquire referrals
- Represent the brand, the management and the company's values respectfully at all times
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned to the employee from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor"s degree in business administration, engineering or any related field
- Proven experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and contract closures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate effectively with clients about product features and benefits
