As a Business Development Lead, you will architect tailored workforce and service solutions that address client goals while supporting operational efficiency and profitability. You'll collaborate closely with global stakeholders, interpret business requirements, and design proposals that demonstrate clear value. Your commercial insight, strong client engagement capability, and ability to translate business challenges into executable solutions will define your success.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, client solutions, or account management within a B2B service or solutions environment
  • Proven ability to design and deliver client-focused solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and profitability
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-centric setting

Your Daily Tasks

Client Solution Design & Strategy

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and service requirements.
  • Develop tailored business solutions, including delivery approaches, resource plans, service levels, and pricing models that address client needs and drive efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and value propositions to support client meetings and bid processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, compliant, and competitive.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance solution offerings.

Client Relationship & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner who provides insights and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support sales and pursuit efforts by ensuring proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through service enhancements, renewals, and value-added initiatives.
  • Participate in client presentations, business reviews, and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Operational & Commercial Excellence

  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from proposal to implementation.
  • Analyze performance data and client feedback to recommend process improvements and strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure the commercial soundness and sustainability of all proposed solutions and contracts.
  • Provide market intelligence and business insights to support pricing strategies and strategic planning.
