We need your help to source an Order Management support role.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a strong background in order management, familiarity with S4, and proficiency in Excel.

The salary budget for this position is between 25,000 to 30,000 PHP.

Below is the detailed job description as reference:

*Primary Point of contact for order management.

-First point of contact for all order related concerns.

-Communicate any operational impact activities to HP Sales and Operations Team

*Order Management:

-Ensure smooth process flow of orders and availability for fulfillment (Backlog management)

-Coordinate order fulfillment and driving delivery of orders with fulfillment partner's logistics team including escalated orders.

-Drive resolution of order related issues or challenges (system related issues, stock constraint, End of Life, order logging issues etc..)

*Other Operational Support:

-Facilitate closure of physical claims reported by both customers and HP Sales (DOA, Damage in Transit, Short Shipment and Lost in Transit).

-Work on the Tax Invoice change request by HP Sales.

Publish backlog report required in a timely manner.

*Drive Operational Metric Goals:

-Responsible for individual goals which contributes to achievement of overall operational goals
