Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Philippines market
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with multinational and local clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven success in senior sales leadership roles within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine logistics market and customer landscape
  • Strong track record of winning and growing key accounts
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Fluency in English; Filipino language skills a plus
