  • The Training and Development Associate acts as a support in the daily operations of the Sales Training Team.
  • Coverage of the tasks shall be related (but not limited) to: Training the salesforce and assists in the execution of training-related activities and module-creation.
  • Conducts regular and special Sales Skills Development Training Programs such as: New-hire class for the sales force, Salesmanship (Prospecting, Presentation, Closing, and Project Briefing), Sellers Portal Trainings, RLC Way (Booking sales and processes)
  • Assists in organizing details/logistics of different Sales Engagement Activities such as: Townhall, Sales Awarding, Team Building, Technical Briefing
  • Initiates regular dissemination of Training-related information such as: Training Calendar, Training results, Training Activities
  • Ensure that training requirements/activities are adequately specified and documented
  • Maintain and safe keep training materials
  • Proposes/creates training modules
  • Teams up with a specific Training Officer in the creation and execution of Project Mastery Classes and other special skills development Programs
