DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tap institutional accounts; Hotels and Resorts, Hospitals, Schools, Government, Church, Bidders/Traders, Restaurants, Corporation and Offices
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain customer and potential customer relationships
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns
  • Provide leads and support to assigned channel
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
  • Prepare presentations, proposal and sales contracts
  • Assist in product development efforts through delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities.
  • Develop lead generation campaigns and uncover new client relationship
  • Make quotations and attend government biddings
  • Follow-up clients account receivables and do collections
  • Make reports; Sales update, collection report and other required reports

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4–6 years experience in institutional/territory sales
  • Strong in account management and achieving sales targets
  • Skilled in bidding, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel/fieldwork; preferably with a driver's license
