- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Ensure the team meets KPIs and targets.
Oversee sales operations
Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Approve pricing, discounts, and special deals.
Ensure efficient sales processes and compliance with policies.
Analyze sales performance
Review sales reports, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Provide regular performance updates to top management.
Drive revenue growth
Develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Expand market reach and penetrate new customer segments.
Manage key accounts and high-value customers when needed.
Collaborate with other departments
Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation.
- Work with operations, finance, and supply chain for product availability and pricing.
Provide feedback to product development for improvements.
Manage budgets
Prepare and monitor sales budgets and forecasts.
Ensure cost efficiency in sales activities and operations.
Build strong client relationships
Maintain relationships with major customers.
- Handle escalations and negotiate major contracts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop policies and procedures
Create sales guidelines, commission structures, and incentive programs.
Ensure consistent implementation across all sales teams.
Represent the company
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Communicate the company's value proposition to high-level stakeholders.
Recruit and develop talent
Hire skilled sales professionals.
- Provide training programs to strengthen sales capabilities.
- Build a high-performing sales culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
