Job Summary:

A Project Specialist oversees and coordinates various aspects of a project, ensuring successful project execution by managing tasks, resources, and timelines. He/she plays a crucial role in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the project's overall efficiency and completion.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Searching and scouting of potential sites
  • Preparation of site evaluation checklist and scorecard
  • Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a project with other departments
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and relevant records
  • Managing challenges that may arise during the project and making adjustments to keep the project on track
  • Adept in evaluating competitor data and behavior

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in the same capacity of operation or similar field with at least three (3) years of which is in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration is good to have
