Up to 80K Basic Pay

Job Summary:

As a Lead Specialist, Human Resource Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and supervisors in stable or smaller SDUs (Service Delivery Units) to strengthen talent strategies, improve employee engagement and retention, align talent supply with business needs, and enhance performance management. You'll also provide key support in workforce planning, culture building, employee discipline, and serve as a trusted advisor on all talent-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Engagement & Retention:
  • Partner with managers to assess and resolve talent engagement and retention challenges, create action plans, and drive successful implementation.
  • Performance Management:
  • Collaborate with C&B to oversee performance management processes, provide coaching for managers on handling performance issues, and implement corrective actions and incentive plans.
  • Talent Supply & Development:
  • Align talent pipelines with business demands, manage talent assessments, and implement development programs. Support managers in defining success profiles and competencies.
  • Organization Effectiveness:
  • Assist in workforce planning, ensuring alignment between business growth forecasts and organizational structures. Support cultural enhancement and departmental planning.
  • Employee Discipline:
  • Manage employee discipline processes, including drafting notices and leading administrative hearings. Represent the company in legal proceedings (SENA, NLRC, DOLE) and ensure consistent enforcement of the Company Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, with at least 3 years of experience in an HRBP role.
