Coordination with Contractors: Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure site work is progressing according to plan and address any issues that arise on-site.
Client Assistance
Consultation and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing technical advice, project updates, and answering any questions related to the design or construction process.
- Managing Client Expectations: Ensure clients understand the project timelines, budget, and scope, providing them with realistic expectations and keeping them informed about any potential changes.
- Project Proposals and Reports: Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and final documentation for clients, summarizing technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
Client Feedback and Modifications: Gather and incorporate feedback from clients into project plans, ensuring that their preferences and requirements are met while still maintaining feasibility and adherence to engineering standards.
