Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and budgets for construction projects. The role involves reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand project drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents.
  • Work with project managers and engineers on cost planning and support.
  • Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
  • Maintain updated pricing and supplier databases.
  • Assist with post-tender negotiations and cost reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in construction estimating.
  • Knowledge of estimation software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and market rates.
  • Good communication, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Willing to work onsite.
