The Cost Estimate Specialist for ELV/Auxiliary System is responsible for ocular, design, layout, and estimation of CCTV, ACS, PABGM, FDAS, Structured Cabling System, and/or other security and surveillance projects assigned to him. He is also responsible for identifying the number of manpower needed for the project, the type and number of materials to be used on the project and providing quality service to our clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Vocational or Bachelor's course related to ELECTRICAL or ELECTRONICS
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar task
  • Similar work experience and a TESDA certificate related to building wiring and AutoCAD is an advantages
  • Knowledge of the estimation of Auxiliary Systems is a plus
  • Technically proficient in the cost estimation of projects
  • With Knowledge in the design/layout plotting of various equipment
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
  • People-oriented and well-organized
  • Must have very good communication skills and the ability to convey a message clearly
  • No visible body tattoo
  • Willing to do site inspection/ocular visits even in out-of-town areas
  • Knowledge in cost estimation and preparations of bills of materials for CCTV installations, structured cabling and access control
  • Working knowledge in CAD and detail-oriented
