Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, to prepare and manage quantity take off and cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration for our construction projects.

The ideal candidate combines technical precision with leadership, ensuring all projects remain within the budget and adhere to quality standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Planswift, Primavera, and estimating tools
  • Knowledge of DOLE regulations, PSMM, and CIAP guidelines
