Position Overview

The Live Host Moderator plays a vital support role during Orro Home's livestream sessions. This position ensures smooth and professional live selling events by assisting the Livestream Host in audience engagement, managing comment interactions, coordinating product details, and ensuring a seamless live shopping experience for viewers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Livestream Host during live sessions on platforms like TikTok, Facebook Live, and Shopee Live.
  • Monitor and respond to audience comments, questions, and messages in real-time during livestreams.
  • Coordinate product display, prices, promotions, and inventory updates during live sessions.
  • Assist in preparing product lineup, props, and live show setup before each broadcast.
  • Keep track of orders, product mentions, and customer inquiries during and after livestreams.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to plan and execute engaging livestream campaigns.
  • Report and analyze livestream performance metrics such as engagement, views, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure that the livestream area, equipment, and materials are organized and ready at all times.
  • Act as technical support for livestream issues (camera setup, lighting, audio, or connection).

Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in livestream moderation, customer engagement, or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of livestream platforms (TikTok, Facebook Live, Shopee Live).
  • Attentive to detail, organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with live selling schedules.
