DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Support setup and preparation before live sessions (product arrangement, tagging, etc.).
  • Perform post-live reporting, including sales summary and viewer engagement data.
  • Gather customer feedback and report common concerns or requests to the marketing or sales team.
  • Assist the live seller during live sessions by monitoring and managing comments in real-time
  • Record and track customer orders accurately during live streams.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or inventory teams for product availability and order fulfillment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Senior High School graduate or College level (any field).
  • Experience in online selling, customer service, or social media moderation is an advantage.
  • Familiar with live-selling platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Fast typing skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City.
