Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Trainer / L&D Specialist in the BPO industry.
  • Strong facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual sessions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in developing engaging training content for diverse learning styles.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Familiar with LMS platforms, training tools, and BPO performance metrics (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new hire training in communication, product/process knowledge, systems, and tools.
  • Deliver refresher and upskilling programs to support continuous learning.
  • Apply diverse methods: classroom, virtual, role-plays, and simulations.
  • Develop, update, and administer training materials, modules, and assessments.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes through written, oral, and practical assessments.
  • Monitor and report training progress, performance, and attrition.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to support trainee readiness and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Operations, Recruitment, HR, and Quality teams to align training with business goals.
  • Stay current on BPO industry trends, learning technologies, and communication techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php38, Php40,000.00 per month
