Marketing Supervisor

We're Hiring: Marketing Supervisor (Full-Time)

Location: Intramuros | On-site | Schedule: Monday–Friday

We're looking for a Marketing Supervisor to lead our marketing and creatives team in crafting impactful campaigns, organizing major events, driving sales incentives, and managing partner relationships.

What You'll Do:

-Lead marketing strategies, sales promos, and brand campaigns

-Oversee creatives, materials, and reports to support the sales force

-Plan and execute marketing events, rallies, and incentive programs

-Manage partnerships with suppliers, agencies, and dioceses

-Communicate with clients and stakeholders via various channels

-Analyze market data and track ROI for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field

-Has 2-3 years of experience in life or non-life insurance work experience

-2+ years' experience in marketing or events; experience in mortuary services a plus

-Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

-Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools

-Detail-oriented, creative, and results-driven
