BDR (Fresh Graduate)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background or prior experience in the EdTech industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Experience in sales, preferably in a BDR or Sales Development role.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of the company's industry and market landscape.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Job Description:

• Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and online databases.
• Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients to determine if they meet the company's criteria for qualified leads.
• Relationship Building: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Client Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the company's CRM system.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure leads are effectively qualified and progressed through each stage of the sales process.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline progress and overall BDR performance metrics.
• Billing Support: Assist in the client billing process by maintaining accurate records of services rendered, timelines, and other key details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with company goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as may be assigned, within your scope of responsibility.
