Admin Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage schedules, and provide excellent organizational support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and presentations. Handle data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Travel Arrangements: Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Expense Tracking: Assist with expense reporting, budgeting, and invoice processing.
- Team Assistance: Support team projects, initiatives, and ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
