About the role

As the 3PL Pricing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing the pricing strategies and contract negotiations for the company's third-party logistics services. The position plays a key role in supporting the 3PL Sourcing Senior Manager by ensuring data accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment between operations, sales, and business development teams.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain, update, and monitor trucking and motorcycle rate databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop rate computations and costing templates based on customer requirements and operational realities.
  • Ensure all cost components are accurately factored intro pricing models.
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis of logistics market rates and trends.
  • Recommend rate adjustments to maintain competitive and profitable pricing structures and support in the preparation of rate proposals for client bids, tenders, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Sales Teams to provide pricing support for clients inquiries, proposals, and new accounts.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Sourcing to validate costing assumptions and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management for decision-making support.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline pricing and documentation workflows.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Minimum 2 years' job related experience.
  • Proficient in the use MS Office applications.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledgeable in logistics operations.
  • Above average communication skills, people skills, presentation skills, leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
