Job Title: Waitress / Server

Job Summary:

The Waitress provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. This role requires a friendly demeanor, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations when needed.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality.
  • Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns courteously and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts when needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
