Job Summary:

We are hiring a Waitress for a restaurant located in Camp John Hay, Baguio City. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with menu selections, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Applicants must be presentable, confident, and capable of engaging customers in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional way
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Promote menu items and provide recommendations to customers
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
  • Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
  • Handle customer concerns and relay feedback to the supervisor
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
  • Support daily restaurant operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent
  • Presentable, confident, and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales-oriented and able to promote menu items effectively
  • With or without experience (training provided)
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
