Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in completing their transactions.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed.
  • Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
  • Coordinate with the service and kitchen team for smooth order processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
