We're looking for a Sales Admin who will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations in our dealership's fast-growing sales department.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Process vehicle sales documentation, from quotation to release
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, and internal departments for financing and aftersales requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for compliance and efficiency
  • Assist in showroom operations, ensuring that customers are welcomed professionally
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of any business-related course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and documents
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Previous experience in sales administration, automotive industry, or customer service (preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates)
