Sales Admin Assistant I Onsite

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about helping teams stay on top of their game? We're looking for a Sales Admin Assistant who will provide reliable administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team — from bidding preparation to event support and documentation.
What You'll Do
- Assist in Bidding Preparation — secure eligibility documents, file bidding papers, and maintain the Bidding Library.
- Support Sales Operations — help prepare needed documents, process requests for signature, and coordinate with provincial sales personnel.
- Handle Documentation — prepare minutes of meetings (MOM), update reports, and maintain an organized filing system.
- Coordinate Attendance — log daily attendance and submit reports to HR every 6th and 21st of the month.
- Assist in Events & Communications — prepare letters, handle email and phone inquiries, help organize sales events and recognition programs.
- Maintain Office Orderliness — ensure sales office cleanliness, supplies, and compliance.
- Process PO Validation — receive, review, and sign purchase orders for sales transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of any 4-year course. (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- With 6 months to 1 year of clerical or admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, organized, and calm under pressure.
- With initiative and a customer service mindset.
