Job Summary:

The Client Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, monitoring service quality, resolving complaints, and supporting dealership programs that enhance the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys after vehicle servicing, repair, or purchase to assess satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors, Sales Executives, and other departments to address client needs.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on customer feedback and service performance.
  • Assist in implementing customer retention programs, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company standards for customer care and communication.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to management on improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in the automotive industry, customer service, or client relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client concerns efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM systems.
