Client Relation Specialist

A Client Relations Officer serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. They work closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and enhance client experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.

· Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve customer experience.

· Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.

· Prepare reports required by the Management.

· Conduct client meetings and presentations to strengthen relationships.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

· Monitor and remind the clients of the expired JOs and accreditation

· Collaborate with the internal teams to address concerns and client needs.

· Assist clients from their first engagement with the company up to their last day, ensuring a smooth and positive experience that includes interview and recruitment activities.

· Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in client relations or customer service roles.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

· High level of professionalism and integrity.

· Experience with CRM software is a plus.
