We're Hiring: Social Media Strategist (Remote)

We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Strategist to plan, create, and manage content that drives engagement and brand awareness. If you have a strong portfolio and a passion for digital content, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts that clearly communicate ideas to engage, inform, and inspire the target audience
  • Produce content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into professional, publish-ready content with visuals, audio, effects, and graphics
  • Collaborate with the content team using an editorial calendar to meet production and delivery timelines
  • Incorporate SEO best practices in writing to improve website ranking and visibility
  • Manage and refine paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, optimizing targeting, tools, and budget use
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong track record in content creation, supported by a professional portfolio
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, in Customer Service, or the BPO industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Sora, MidJourney, Lumen5, or similar platforms
  • Skilled in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or other relevant design tools
  • Basic video editing proficiency with CapCut, Filmora, or comparable applications

-Digital and print formatting requirements

-Paid advertising across various social media platforms

  • Familiar with current technologies (e.g., desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs)
  • Expert in managing various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Experienced with word-processing software and spreadsheets
  • Knowledgeable in using online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Able to handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms
  • Advanced computer proficiency (tech-savvy)
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Maintains focus and performance despite distractions
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable to new roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborative team player

Equipment requirement:

  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with at least i3/Core i5 processor or equivalent AMD processor and 8GB RAM
  • Headset: Computer headset equipped with noise-canceling feature
  • Internet Connection: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, Anydesk, Google Drive, Discord, and Zoom
  • Graphic Design Applications: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Video Editing Applications: CapCut, Filmora, or Adobe Premiere Pro
